Recovery Center of Ohio is Hiring a Director of Operations Near Dayton, OH

The Recovery Center of USA, LLC is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, primary care and mental health issues. We put behavioral health front and center by providing assistance to people with substance abuse issues by helping them to reclaim their lives and make meaningful contributions into society.

Every facility in the Recovery Center network strives to provide the highest quality of care, using evidence-based therapeutic models that really work. Our goal is to help men, women and adolescents live healthy, happy lives without the burden of substance abuse or mental illness.
Position: Director of Operations
Reports to: Vice President Ohio & Tennessee
Supervises: Administrative Staff (administrative assistants, drivers)
Responsibilities:
The Operations Director will be responsible to oversee the day to day operations of the facility to include (recovery houses), transportation services, ancillary support services, community outreach and marketing, strategic partnerships and advancement, staff productivity, personnel acquisition, hiring and terminating as needed and some light budgeting and report forecasting with center based leadership and the Executive Team.
The Operations Director will work effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:
  • Oversees operations of Ohio in the absence of the Vice President
  • Ensures operations are consistent across all locations.
  • Provides monthly supervision for the administrative assistants and drivers.
  • Reviews required reports, documentation:
  • Daily DAAG Reports
  • Treatment Plan & ASAM Updates
  • Daily Census
  • Billing Spreadsheets
  • Assists the VP as requested on special projects
  • Reports client grievances to the Corporate Compliance Officer
  • Assists with investigations as needed
  • Assists offices in the absence of the Clinical Director
  • Performs site visits at all 4 locations (Akron, Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton)
  • Participates in weekly management team meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Health Administration
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (Preferred)
  • 5 years experience in operations and/or management (Required)
  • Experience working in the substance abuse/mental health field (preferred)
  • Valid drivers license (Required)
  • Ability to travel throughout Ohio (Required)
Position Competencies
  • Proficiency in reviewing performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Ability to ensure follow through with compliance activities as it relates to accreditation standards and licensing regulations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to function as a team player by working with Corporate leadership to determine staffing requirements, and interview candidates.
  • Demonstrate effective time management.
