A skilled nursing organization that owns multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout the Dayton, Ohio & Florida area is looking for a strong Regional Director of Operations to oversee three of their Ohio facilities and two in Florida. Travel to Florida would be expected every other week.
SUMMARY: The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring that the assigned region ensures a high level of quality care based on established nursing standards and resident rights while supporting and assisting with the implementation of facility policy and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must have regional experience
- Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
- Must have strong leadership skills
- General knowledge of professional basic nursing, restoratives and personal care services.
- Willing to travel out of state
