We are Rebuilding Thoughts, a telehealth service provider, specializing in support for PTSD and trauma-related issues. We cater to government and corporate clients, offering wellness benefits to their teams through our telehealth platform. Our platform facilitates direct connections between clients and therapists, featuring therapist profiles, photos, bios, and a booking system for scheduling sessions.

Critical Information:

• Part-Time Position with Variable Hours: This role is strictly part-time. The number of hours you work will vary and cannot be guaranteed. Some therapists may attract a high number of clients, while others may not—this is dependent on client preferences for therapist profiles.
• Direct Payment System: Rebuilding Thoughts pays you directly at the end of each month for each client session conducted.
• Integration with Private Practice: Our system allows you to keep your private practice email, integrating our scheduling system with your calendar. This role is ideal for expanding your private practice through referrals.
• Must hold a valid license to practice

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality mental health services to clients.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, with a minimum availability of 2 hours per week.
• Integrate our scheduling system with your existing calendar to manage appointments.

Requirements:

• Active, valid licensure in your field, enabling independent practice.
• Current malpractice insurance.

What We Offer:

• Compensation: Starting at $40.00 per hour, with the expectation of 1 – 10 hours of work per week.

• This role requires active licensure for independent practice.
• Our platform allows you to manage your availability and accept clients as per your schedule.
• We aim for a steady flow of client referrals but cannot promise a fixed number of hours weekly.
• Our calendar system is designed for easy integration with your private practice schedule.

Qualified Applicants Must Hold One of the Following Licenses:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Authorized to provide counseling and psychotherapy.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): Qualified to conduct counseling and psychotherapy.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC): Specialized in providing mental health services.
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT): Specializes in marriage and family therapy.
• Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D., Psy.D.): Holds a doctoral degree in psychology, authorized to provide psychological testing, assessment, and therapy.
• Psychiatrist (MD or DO): A medical doctor specialized in mental health, including substance use disorders; authorized to diagnose and treat mental illnesses and prescribe medication.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP): In some states, this designation is used for psychologists who are licensed to provide clinical services.
