Responsibilities 

• Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or invoices.
• Inspect incoming materials for damages or defects and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Store received materials in designated locations within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as necessary.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders or shipping instructions.
• Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or other transportation vehicles using appropriate lifting and loading techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors, removing trash, and organizing shelves and storage areas.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock rotation, shelf labeling, and inventory restocking.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and quality control.
• Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
• Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing and ability to lift 20Ibs- 50Ibs
• Attention to detail skills for inventory management tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for warehouse environments.
