Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and warm welcome, setting the tone for their dining experience.

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, maximizing table utilization and minimizing wait times.

• Maintain a tidy and inviting entrance area, ensuring a seamless flow of guests in and out of the restaurant.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information about our menu offerings, wine selections, and special promotions.

• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and ensure timely service.

• Assist with various hospitality duties as needed to support the overall guest experience including, but not limited to, filling water glasses, pre-bussing tables, running food, answering phone calls & customer questions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.

• Arrives each shift professionally, on time, and exuding a positive attitude.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.35 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 38 per week
