Responsibilities:

• Offer Exceptional Customer Service
• Address the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Participation in product education.
• Self motivated individual who excels at multi-tasking
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Stock inventory with proper product rotation.
• Ensures proper cleanliness, sanitizing and overall conditions of the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Requirements:

• Experience / Knowledge related to Health and Wellness / Holistic Healing / Natural Living.
• Must be an extrovert with a passion for customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
• You will be required to be standing for the majority of all shifts.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights until 7:15 pm & weekends. This position is primarily 11-7:15 shifts. To maintain a happy and balanced team environment SATURDAY & SUNDAY availability (rotating weekends) is a must / no exceptions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $14-$16 depends on clientele and experience.
