Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing daily store operations.
• Developing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Hiring, training, and supervising sales staff.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
• Analyzing sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Developing relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrating integrity and inspiring your fellow co-workers.
• Continuously expanding your knowledge of the products through ongoing learning
• activities.
• Acting under direct leadership of the owner and director. Ensuring excellent execution of roles and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
