As a Marketing Manager for our law firm, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and increase our client base. You will work closely with management and founding attorney to identify target markets and develop campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services to new clients and increase our existing client base.
• Conducting market research to identify target markets and develop campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Collaborating with leadership to develop marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Managing the firm’s website and social media accounts to ensure they are up-to-date and engaging.
• Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
• Generate new business and existing clients
• Regularly Attend Networking/Marketing Events (Some evenings and/or weekends)
• Managing others, leading team initiatives, creating content and being the face of the firm (must have leadership exp.)
