Reata Restaurant is Hiring a Service Team Member Near Fort Worth, TX

We are looking for kindhearted, hard-working, motivated people to work in a fast-paced, fun environment while maintaining our high standards for our guests’ needs.

Specific Duties:

  1. Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed and dressed in proper uniform
  2. Able and willing to complete multiple restaurant functions: cashier, phone and internet orders, deliveries, cleaning and any other duties assigned by management or shift lead.
  3. Know extensively breakfast and lunch menus.
  4. Exhibit unsurpassed customer service and hospitality to each guest.
  5. Create client relationships with guests.
  6. Handle customer complaints in a calm, courteous manner. Inform supervisor of any customer complaints or suggestions.
  7. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
  8. Perform all opening and closing side work as required.

Qualifications:

Food Service Experience

Thrives in a fast paced environment and is a team player

Able to lift up to 40 lbs with assistance.

Strong verbal communication & customer service skills

Must be 18 years of age.
