Reata Restaurant is Hiring a Service Team Member Near Fort Worth, TX
We are looking for kindhearted, hard-working, motivated people to work in a fast-paced, fun environment while maintaining our high standards for our guests’ needs.
Specific Duties:
- Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed and dressed in proper uniform
- Able and willing to complete multiple restaurant functions: cashier, phone and internet orders, deliveries, cleaning and any other duties assigned by management or shift lead.
- Know extensively breakfast and lunch menus.
- Exhibit unsurpassed customer service and hospitality to each guest.
- Create client relationships with guests.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, courteous manner. Inform supervisor of any customer complaints or suggestions.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Perform all opening and closing side work as required.
Qualifications:
Food Service Experience
Thrives in a fast paced environment and is a team player
Able to lift up to 40 lbs with assistance.
Strong verbal communication & customer service skills
Must be 18 years of age.
