We are looking for an accountant to join our team! We are a local commercial real estate company. In our portfolio, we have 65 properties across 11 states. All of which are organizing over a dozen financial accounts.

Duties:

• Organize bills for properties and write checks out of appropriate accounts
• Collect, deposit, and record rent checks
• Record expenses in Quickbooks

Wish List Duties:

• Send rent notices to any late payees
• Update rent rosters in Excel
• Update a P&L copy in Excel for our internal records
• Assistant with year end NNN reconciliations.

Skills:

• Quickbooks (Mac Desktop)
• Excel

You’d have discretion for the hours of your schedule. In person duties, will be collecting any bills from our offices in Lincoln.
