RealPage is Hiring a Remote Employee Experience Specialist - REMOTE

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting global company-wide initiatives and programs that impact the employee experience which may include recognition, service awards, survey management, new hire orientation and onboarding. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Organizational Development and Culture, this role will be critical in ensuring a superior employee experience in support of our company goals and culture and making RealPage a great place to work.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees survey management for the organization which may include employee engagement surveys, participation in external surveys and various internal pulse or program surveys. Responsibilities include project management, system set-up, drafting communication, project planning, reporting of results, and action planning. Implementation of UKG’s Employee Voice.
  • Assists with managing recognition and culture programs including oversight of the recognition platform, reporting and planning special employee engagement initiatives, project management of the quarterly and annual awards program, service awards and other employee events.
  • Assists with the review and continuous improvement of employee engagement programs that may include employee onboarding and offboarding, promotion, mentoring, etc.
  • Champions a culture of learning and development, continuous improvement and keeps abreast of best practices.
  • Participates in HR Projects and organization wide projects as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Business, Organizational Design, or related field required.
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Event Planning or Project Management required
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven project management skills and successful execution of projects
  • Ability to partner with internal HR team members and team members throughout the company on a global scale to ensure successful execution of projects
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and directions.
