The Field Marketing Manager role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to manage and assist in the growth of the marketing department. Interface directly with senior team members and the firm’s leadership to implement local, regional, and national marketing strategies that benefit Real Estate Agents and further their engagement with the Company’s Agent Value Proposition. The role has two primary objectives: to both develop and implement marketing plans and objectives to maintain a suite of marketing tools, including both systems and collateral materials, which our agents can leverage to promote themselves and to promote their exclusive listings. Our reputation has been built on our commitment to providing an exceptionally high caliber of “white glove” service, and we remain committed to being a values-driven company operating at a human scale.As a company, Coldwell Banker Warburg’s agents are among the most successful and experienced agents in the NYC marketplace selling some of New York’s best and most valuable properties.This role, will include strategy and implementation of all initiatives and management of members of the marketing team. It is an ideal fit for an experienced, entrepreneurial and results-driven marketing professional who has a passion for real estate. The ideal candidate will be ready to evaluate and potentially expand the existing marketing team, while finding ways to utilize the vast resources provided by Coldwell Banker and its affiliates. And to more effectively deploy Coldwell Banker Warburg’s marketing spend for greater impact in both brand awareness and the agent service experience. 
This role will support our NYC Warburg offices (Madison Avenue and Tribeca) and the candidate will be required to work principally from the company’s Madison Avenue headquarters. 
Essential Job Function - to support affiliated real estate agents: 
· Work proactively in the field, both personally and through leveraging office-based marketing coordinators, to communicate and implement all relevant marketing functions to the company’s affiliates real estate agents·Work proactively with top echelon real estate agents to support marketing needs and business goals, with all efforts focused on delivery of the Company’s Agent Value Proposition. ·Maintain a significant presence in the local sales offices to present at meetings and meet individually with agents as needed.·Effectively communicate the Coldwell Banker luxury marketing program and provide local support as needed, including possessing the polished ability to represent the benefits of the program.Team Development and Management·Select, supervise, and develop one or more direct report marketing support coordinator(s) located on site at individual branch office sales locations. Strategic Market Planning & Delivery:·Coordinate the development and execution of the company’s marketing plan, including advertising, strategies, and tactical implementation. ·Serve in primary liaison with the in-house agency for the local Coldwell Banker Realty sales operation and collaborate with the local leadership team and studio agency resources to achieve objectives while maintaining required service level agreement and efficiency standards.·Clearly communicate as the local studio agency account manager on the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Be the agency level intermediary to own and deliver results. ·Conduct research and analysis on competing brokerages. Identify opportunities and work with senior regional and national marketing leadership to implement procedures to connect competitive advantages to actionable strategic decisions. Support Local Operating Company/Senior Leadership: ·In conjunction with the Company’s sales management team, participate in VIP recruiting opportunities, business development opportunities, and agent retention efforts.Events, Awareness and Communications: ·Work with the events team in preparing for local company events. 
Qualifications
·Minimum of 3 years of in real estate marketing for real estate brokerage or professional services companies with at least 2 years’ team lead experience at a management level or higher. Agency experience is a plus.·Experience with new and social media, online, and traditional advertising.·Excellent oral and written communication skills and strategic listening skills are necessary to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment, and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with all levels of internal and external customers·Must have polished public speaking skills and be capable of delivering compelling and professional presentations.· Demonstrated ability to work well in a minimally supervised, fast-paced environment.·Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel & PowerPoint, as well as Prezi, Project Management systems, and CRM systems·Ability to travel to local branch offices, regional meetings and occasional out of town travel as required.
