Requirements :

• Valid real estate license in State
• Proven track record of success as a real estate agent, preferably as a Buyer Agent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and neighborhoods
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools
