Position: Part-Time House Cleaner

Job Description:

Real Property Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cleaner. As a cleaner, you will primarily be responsible for performing move-out cleans after tenants vacate our rental units. This position offers flexible hours to accommodate your schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking part-time work.

Responsibilities:

1. Move-Out Cleans: Perform thorough cleaning of rental units after tenants vacate, ensuring that the space is left in pristine condition for the next occupants.

2. Cleaning Vacant Units: In addition to move-out cleans, perform general cleaning of vacant units, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.

3. Dusting and Polishing: Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a clean and presentable appearance.

4. Floor Care: Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and perform any necessary floor treatments to maintain cleanliness.

5. Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure a streak-free shine.

6. Trash Removal: Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.

7. Restocking Supplies: Ensure that cleaning supplies and amenities are adequately stocked in each unit.

8. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

1. Previous Cleaning Experience: Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred, especially in move-out cleaning.

2. Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

3. Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous work experiences.
