Real Property Management TriState Area is an established residential property management and maintenance company in Delaware County. We are seeking part-time rental property maintenance staff to service our rental properties in Philadelphia and Delaware County.

Applicants MUST have: own tools, own truck, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Candidates must be capable of doing two or more of the following:

- CARPENTRY/DRYWALL/PAINTING/

- LIGHT PLUMBING - KITCHENS/BATHS

- LIGHT CONCRETE

- LIGHT ELECTRICAL

- CEILING REPAIRS

- WINDOW AND DOOR INSTALLATIONS

- LOCK CHANGE SERVICE

- CLEAN OUTS/LIGHT DEMOLITION

- PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

A background check is required for all candidates.

Part-Time Rental Maintenance Technicians can work up to 30 hrs each week. The pay range is $18 to $23 per hour plus gas reimbursements.

Work hours are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm. The specific schedule and workdays/times will vary depending on workload and employee availability.
