Looking for a candidate who has a passion for yoga, abundant positive energy, a caring and empathetic personality.

• Greet guests (by name, where possible) upon arrival at POSE
• Answer calls, texts and emails from customers and staff
• Provide excellent customer service working to answer customer questions Give tours to new prospective customers and educate them about our services
• Collect payments before each class and ensure that clients have paid for attended sessions
• Educate customers on the various memberships and packages offered
• Ensure that customers understand the benefits and differences of each option
• Present options to maintain customers rather than cancellation of memberships.
• Open and/or close the studio at the beginning/end of the day
• Inspect and maintain appearance and cleanliness of the location
• Manage the technology at the location (including computers, music, video)
• Create the perfect environment via audio (music), light and temperature
• Interact with key vendors to maintain the facility, electronics, cleanliness, etc.
• Clean showers and restrooms after each class.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Year round work
