```Duties```
- Previous experience as a yoga instructor or related fitness role. RYT 200 minimum is a requirement.
- Lead yoga classes for individuals or groups, incorporating a variety of yoga styles and techniques
- Create and implement safe and effective yoga sequences that cater to the needs and abilities of participants
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of yoga poses and modifications as needed
- Offer guidance on proper breathing techniques and mindfulness practices during yoga sessions
- Monitor participants' form and alignment to ensure they are practicing yoga safely and effectively
- Provide individualized attention and adjustments to participants to enhance their yoga practice
- Offer modifications for participants with injuries or physical limitations
- Maintain a clean and organized yoga studio environment
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a yoga instructor or related fitness role is preferred. RYT 200 minimum is a requirement.
- Strong knowledge of various yoga styles, techniques, and philosophies
- Ability to create engaging and dynamic yoga sequences for different levels of participants
- Knowledge of body mechanics and proper alignment in yoga poses
- Experience in program design and development for group fitness classes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate participants
- Understanding of physiology and how it relates to yoga practice
- Familiarity with personal training principles is a plus
- Passion for promoting health, wellness, and mindfulness through the practice of yoga
-Looking for specifically Monday 4:30pm and Sat 10:30am class
