Real Hope Real Help Psychology and ABA Center is Hiring a BCBA Near Flower Mound, TX
This job is in clinics and some in-home programs. Hours are flexible but must be done between 8 AM to 6:30 PM for 40 hours per week. Supervision and parent training are the main duties as well as assessment for ABA services. Candidate must be a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Texas and reside in Texas. This job is full-time, but part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. At least one year of experience as a BCBA is preferred, but will take someone without experience if they are highly motivated.
Our company is growing rapidly and we will pay a sign-on bonus of $2,000.00 upon signing a contract for one year after references and background checks are completed successfully.
This position has a base salary of $65,000 to 110,000 per year, with quarterly bonuses of up to $16,000 per year paid quarterly based on productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contract BCBA/Employee BCBA (either option).
- Oversee ABA treatment plan implementation by RBTs.
- Parent training, supervision, reviewing and analyzing data, adjusting programs, and improving the lives of the children we serve with ABA methods.
- We serve children 2-19 and we are looking for motivated and talented individuals who share our vision of helping individuals live happy, healthy, and productive lives.
- Supervise in-home services for selected children.
