WAREHOUSE!POSITION: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
LOCATION: Nashville, TN
HOURS: Monday - Friday (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM ... OR ... 7AM - 4PM)
PAY RANGE: $18 - $20/hour (Depending on Experience)

REQUIRED:

Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)
Valid driver's license
Clean driving history
Able to lift & carry 50-75 pounds repetitively

Prior warehouse experience - including material handling, inventory control, cycle counts, physical inventories, use of an RF scanner, receiving/prepping/staging material
Reliable, punctual, dedicated - Takes pride in a job well done
Coachable - Likes learning new things, takes redirection & constructive criticism well
Detail oriented, organized, easily able to juggle changing priorities
Gets along well with diverse personalities
Preferred (not required) - Sit-down forklift and/or Lull telehandler experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving and processing incoming material.
Performing Inventory control and other inventory-related activities such as cycle counts, using an RF scanner or similar device, updating the warehouse management system, performing periodic physical inventories, etc.
Moving material.
Preparing, completing and staging flooring orders for pickup by subcontractors.
Measuring, cutting and labeling flooring products.
Loading subcontractor vehicles with flooring material and supplies.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
As needed, loading flooring material onto a company-owned or rented vehicle, driving that vehicle to project job sites, and unloading the material at the job sites.
Other duties as assigned.
