Real Estate is Hiring a Real Estate Assistant/Office Manager Near Beverly, CA

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an office assistant/office manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and projects. This position requires effective multitasking skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to coordinate marketing efforts, particularly in collaboration with the marketing department. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing escrow transactions, writing contracts, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our real estate operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Multitasking and Project Management:
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Marketing Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and execute all marketing needs.
  • Coordinate social media efforts and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Contract Writing and Escrow Oversight:
  • Draft contracts and counters in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Oversee escrow transactions, ensuring smooth and timely completion.
  • Organization and Systems Implementation:
  • Maintain a high level of organization in daily activities and workflow.
  • Implement and improve systems to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Property Showings and Preparation:
  • Assist in property showings, providing necessary support to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Coordinate efforts to prepare properties for sale, ensuring they meet market standards.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Marketing Acumen: Understanding of marketing principles and experience in coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Contract Writing: Proficient in drafting contracts and counters.
  • Escrow Oversight: Familiarity with overseeing escrow transactions.
  • Systems Implementation: Capability to implement and improve organizational systems.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with different departments, particularly marketing.
  • Real Estate Experience: Prior experience in real estate operations is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
