--Conduct rehabs on single-family residences in St. Louis and be familiar with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
--Work includes flooring, paint, baseboards, drywall repair, kitchen installation, bathroom remodel
--Please submit 3 references who you have done work for in the past (name, email, phone)
--We will conduct background checks before hiring
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
