Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our restoration services, increase brand visibility, and attract new clients. You will work closely with our management and sales teams to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

- Content Creation: Create engaging content for digital and print media, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and campaigns.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitive analysis.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including tracking and reporting on performance metrics.

- Public Relations: Build relationships with local media and industry partners to increase company visibility.

- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Experience with social media management and content creation.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of the restoration industry is a plus.
