Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Responsibilities

Are you a passionate Superintendent that has experience leading teams in a heavy industrial manufacturing enviornment?

Use your Manufacturing & Leadership background & knowledge to help:

• Analysis and evaluation methods to accurately identify and document process improvements
• Ensure process are running according to the standard operation procedures, ensuring safety and product quality
• Maintain the fundamentals of 5-S
• Manage resources to maximize returns and drive employee development, productivity and asset utilization
• Comply to budget and production schedules, monitor production output and quality data, and oversee compiling of reports for management review

Qualifications

This position is right for you if you have a minimum five (5) years previous work experience in heavy industrial manufacturing oeprations role, or a Bachelors degree in business, operations manage, engineering, with equivalent work experience.
