This role is pivotal in delivering expert in-house consultations and crafting personalized proposals for homeowners looking to invest in a reliable backup power solution.

- Base Salary: $36,000 annually, paid weekly via direct deposit.

Your Role:
As a Residential Site Specialist, you will:
- Conduct detailed site visits, assess client needs, and propose tailored generator solutions.
- Drive sales from proposal to close, liaising with our Installation and Permits Department to ensure smooth project initiation.
- Occasionally travel to various locations, with potential overnight stays.
- Tools Provided:
- Fully lettered company vehicle and gas card.
- Computer/tablet loaded with sales software.
- Business communication tools including a Ring Central phone account.
- Professional business cards, embroidered polos, and a suite of marketing materials.

- In-person engagement, ensuring direct and effective customer relations.
