We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Residential Site Specialists to join our leading company in the sales, installation, and service of Standby Generators. This role is pivotal in delivering expert in-house consultations and crafting personalized proposals for homeowners looking to invest in a reliable backup power solution.

Attractive Earnings:

Enjoy a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure. Potential earnings range between $110,000 and $220,000 per year.

  • Base Salary: $36,000 annually, paid weekly via direct deposit.

Your Role:

As a Residential Site Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct detailed site visits, assess client needs, and propose tailored generator solutions.
  • Drive sales from proposal to close, liaising with our Installation and Permits Department to ensure smooth project initiation.
  • Occasionally travel to various locations, with potential overnight stays.
  • Tools Provided:
  • Fully lettered company vehicle and gas card.
  • Computer/tablet loaded with sales software.
  • Business communication tools including a Ring Central phone account.
  • Professional business cards, embroidered polos, and a suite of marketing materials.

Work Environment:

  • In-person engagement, ensuring direct and effective customer relations.
  • Flexible scheduling with a focus on achieving departmental goals.
  • Regular performance evaluations to support and recognize your growth.
