About us
Read's Uniforms is a family-owned regional uniform retailer based out of Asheville, NC. We specialize in the medical uniform field. We are currently looking to add a part-time retail Sales Associate to our Wilmington team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves to sell; loves to serve others, enjoys working as a team, and takes pride in completing a project well! Our retail teams have additional earnings opportunities through monthly incentive programs (spiff earnings) on top of their bi-weekly pay.
```Duties```
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Meet sales goals and targets set by the management
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
