Overview:
Belle Mar Swim is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Swimwear Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with style selection and fit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun retail environment and contribute to the success of our brand new store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with style selection and provide recommendations based on their wants and concerns
- Relay brand knowledge and explain features and benefits
- Process customer transactions accurately using cash register and point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends to provide accurate information to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Experience/talent with social media content creation
- Cash handling experience
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
