REACHIRE is Hiring a Product Manager - Schneider Electric - Return to Work Program Near Boston, MA

Responsibilities

What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • Business performance of newly launched offers (3-year Post Sell Performance of all New Product Introductions)
  • Launch effectiveness of all NPI’s: ambition handshake with Zone / Country, commercial readiness (Marketing Mix 4Ps)
  • Alignment & Prioritization of offer roadmap with Zone / Country needs
  • Successful deployment of Strategic Growth initiatives (T&E Offer scope)
  • Emerging Business : Attractiveness assessment and business case validation
  • Engage in customer facing activity focused on understanding how our customers use our offers and unmet needs
  • Proactively manage risks (offer and commercial) to meeting handshake commitments
  • Monitor key trends in the industry and define strategies to exploit offer opportunity or mitigate risk caused by these trends
  • Investigates new applications for existing offer or new offer
  • Conduct regular cadences with Zone / Country business leaders and support regional business decisions.
  • Determine in collaboration with the Regions the appropriate GTM strategy for T&E offers

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Business Management preferred
  • 8 years of working in Offer Creation and / or Sales / Marketing or Business development.
  • Experience in a transactional and project based models
  • Understanding of the offer creation process
  • Proven experience in creation of business cases
  • Management and leadership skills
  • C-suite communication and presentation skills
