Job Summary:

We are seeking a technical support professional to join our team. As a technical support professional, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving technical issues for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

- Assist with the installation and configuration of computer systems

- Perform software troubleshooting and provide guidance on usage

- Diagnose network connectivity problems and implement solutions

- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and improve IT infrastructure

- Assist with desktop support tasks such as setting up new computers and peripherals

- Ensure the security of systems by implementing firewall and VPN configurations

- Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system

Requirements:

- Proven experience in technical support or a related role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and IT infrastructure

- Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems

- Familiarity with firewall configurations and VPN setups

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
