Business Operations Manager
Maintains program financial records according to generally accepted financial standards.
Preparation of monthly financial and program reports.
Maintains financial compliance with all federal, state, county, city, and local funding sources.
Reconciles bank statement and agency charge card statements monthly.
Prepares payment invoices, vouchers, purchase orders, etc., for agency and program expenses.
Maintains systematic documentation of all financial records (expenses and income).
Manages all receipts and expenses.
Prepares staff payroll and associated material.
Supports the Accounting Firm in the completion of the annual audit/financial report and 990.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
