Big River Nursing & Rehabilitation, a busy 150 bed skilled nursing & post-acute rehab facility, seeks an experienced, energetic, and compassionate OT, PT or SLP to lead our growing in-house therapy team as our Director of Rehabilitation.  We see a diverse mix of orthopedic and neurological conditions with short term rehab and long term care residents. Our veteran team of therapists is a great group for new grads seeking mentorship and offers a fun and dedicated department culture. Cedar Hills, MO is a beautiful and quiet community surrounded by scenic woods and river habitat but it is only 15 minutes from Fenton for convenient shopping and entertainment. Cedar Hills offers excellent schools and affordable housing, with most residents owning their own homes.

Qualifications: 

• Have a valid PT, OT or SLP license
• Long term care leadership experience preferred but welcome other clinical backgrounds with demonstrated leadership abilities
