Build360 is seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer with an emphasis on plumbing and electric experience to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, performing tasks such as site preparation, material handling, carpentry, electric, plumbing and equipment operation. Your hard work and dedication will contribute to the overall growth and development of the 15210 neighborhoods of Pittsburgh, a goal that we are passionate about.

Duties:

• Basic plumbing and electrical as needed for residential projects
• Other daily responsibilities include: finishes, basic framing, install doors and windows, finish trim, install kitchen cabinetry, patching, basic texturing, and painting
• Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by the construction foreman
• Perform general maintenance tasks on construction sites, including cleaning and organizing work areas, and load/unload materials and equipment from trucks
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project progress
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Skills:

• Attention to details is a must!
• Task prioritization and follow up
• Ability to execute on and complete all tasks assigned by foreman
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating dimensions
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools and drill sets required (More extensive tools provided)
• A working cell phone
• Pass a criminal background check

Overtime is always available (but not required) on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
