RE/MAX Ambassadors is Hiring a Real Estate Buyer'S Sales Agent Near Chattanooga, TN

We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined, and driven to succeed. If this sounds like you, start your application today!

Compensation:

$100,000 compensation

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender

What we ask of you:

  • Be a licensed real estate agent, or consider getting your license. We are happy to talk with you about your career plans and provide you with real estate school recommendations
  • Be ready to dive into an extensive training program designed for success. Must be licensed to begin training
  • Be ready to devote yourself to team commitments and a full-time career of growing your real estate business. (Commission-based, part-time agents do not apply)
  • Be a team player! Learn from and accept feedback from the team and share your ideas and strategies.
  • Be enthusiastic and positive with the team and clients
  • You don't need to know how to do everything. We will help guide you and teach you to think and be solution-focused
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Be ready to dive into an exciting and energetic work atmosphere
  • Have a valid Real Estate License or be considering a career in Real Estate
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Technology-driven
  • Interested in sales or has sales experience
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Ability to operate in a high-paced environment
  • Be your authentic self while embodying our team approach.
