ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes

Determine their design needs

Educate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solution

Close sales

Conduct job site measuring

Photograph spaces appropriately

Create design with customers

Correctly calculate costs of projects

Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, approachable and outgoing personality

Minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience, in home sales experience a plus

Adaptable with ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to travel

Clean driving record

Responsible and reliable

Must be able to work weekends/evening appointments

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Salesforce or other CRM a plus

High School Diploma/GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
