Employment Type: Part-time position available with the potential to grow your role to full-time. Re-Bath of the Midlands, your full bathroom remodeler, is looking for a customer service associate to represent us at Home Depot and Lowe’s in the greater Columbia, SC area.
The Position: Use your natural smile to connect with customers at our retail partner stores, Lowe’s and Home Depot, through in-store Lead Setting. This role helps uncover a customer need and connect them with our brand.
Qualifications
- Extroverted people lover with a friendly, warm demeanor willing to engage and interact with customers
- Professionalism in attire, attitude, and language
- Reliability and flexibility a MUST
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License and reliable transportation (Required)
Responsibilities
- 4 to 8-hour daytime shift
- Attend our Re-Bath booth ensuring it is clean and stocked with brochures
- Manage a lead setting table: educating customers on products/services, sharing samples, submitting information for their FREE in-home consultation
- Typical schedule would be something like 9:00-3:00, but this can be flexible
- Weekend Availability a MUST as this is when our retail partners have the most foot traffic
Benefits
- Compensation: $15-17.00/hr with 90-day compensation review
- Weekly bonus opportunity & commission per completed sale based on leads entered

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
