- Coaching experience preferred
- Must be a sound teacher of the fundamentals
- Must understand the mind of today’s athletes
- Must have a passion and love for the sport
- A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, assistant coaches, media, and administration
- Hold or be willing to hold a CHSAA coaching certification
- Follow all procedures of CHSAA and Patriot League/Tri-Valley requirements
- Hold or be willing to hold CPR and First Aid certification
