Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Hello! We are a busy, friendly specialty office looking for an extraordinary Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist you would be the face of the office. We are looking for someone who genuinely likes people and is happy. Some of your responsibilities would include:

Welcoming/dismissing patients in a warm and friendly manner, checking patients in/out, assisting new patients with their forms, assisting the patient in scheduling, collecting co-payments, follow up on cancelations, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, following up with patient communication online, and coordinates patient flow.

We offer medical and dental benefits, paid holidays (even your birthday is a floating holiday), paid time off and a 4 day work week. We see patients Monday - Thursday.

Qualifications
- Dental administrative support experience
- Office experience
- Knowledge of medical/dental terminology
- Dental office experience

The ideal candidate for the Dental Receptionist position should possess a strong background in dental administrative support and office experience. Additionally, candidates with premium skills in dental office experience and knowledge of dental terminology will be highly valued. Previous experience in a dental office setting is also considered relevant for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 30 per week
