Operations Assistant-Temp Part Time (Temp from Jan-April)

You would work closely with other administrative assistants and our Operations Manager in a family like atmosphere to learn and grow professionally each and every day, while at the same time having fun! Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing individual, business, trust and estate tax returns

Work closely with the Operations department to ensure workflows

Utilizing technology such as OCR scanning and Autoflow Software

Data Entry projects such as 1009s and system updates

Opportunities to develop your own operations and efficiencies

Other tasks as required

Qualifications:

Strong accuracy, teamwork, communication, and technical skills required

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills a must

Understanding of basic software applications and how technology works

Ability to work independently, as well as within a team

Ability to thrive and multi-task in fast paced, changing environment

An appreciation for thinking “outside the box” to create new opportunities.

Strong attention to detail is important in this role

Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
