RD Management LLC is Hiring a Collections Specialist Near New York, NY
Responsibilities:
Monitor tenant accounts for over 30 real estate properties on a weekly basis, communicate with tenants over status of payments and arrears, provide additional backup requested by tenants (Y/E CAM rec, utility back-charges), code & post payments received into operating or lockbox accounts, apply payments to appropriate charges, research differences between receipts and charges, create and post batches for adjustments, write-offs, security deposits, upfront payments, miscellaneous other, produce reports and supply time-sensitive info per requests from other Departments.
Must have prior experience with collections in real estate office and be highly proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and MRI Software.
Full-time office position, with 1 day a week remote option upon successful completion of trial period.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
