Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with various needs, including those with autism, dementia, and other disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.
- Monitor and document vital signs and any changes in health or behavior.
- Assist with mobility and lifting as needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to maintain confidentiality of individual information.

Experience:
- Previous experience in nursing homes, senior care, or similar settings is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or dementia is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Compassionate and patient nature.
