Responsibilities:

Shipment Management:

• Manage the shipment of all plumbing and heating products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with technicians, project managers, and other stakeholders involved in the ordering of materials and equipment.

Logistics Operations:

• Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Promptly unload and load trucks, ensuring the safe handling of all materials.
• Sort and stock receivables with accuracy and efficiency.
• Sort, stage, and coordinate material and equipment returns to vendors.

Warehouse Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, as well as shipping and receiving areas.
• Coordinate and assist with vehicle fleet maintenance to ensure the reliability of transportation.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves and update inventory in the computer system.
• Conduct cycle counts and keep track of materials and inventory levels.

Other Duties:

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of logistics experience.
• Forklift Certification.
• Prior experience with HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical materials is preferred.
