Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $36,757 plus a 5% bilingual differential

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Work within an electronic time-keeping-system and review reports.
• Extract data and analyze for accuracy, following up on identified errors.
• Communicate with participants and workers to verify data.
• Prepare timecards for payroll. 

Education:

• An Associates Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work within a team setting.
• Strong customer service and computer skills. 
• Fluency and proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in Spanish and English is preferred for this position.
