Maintenance Supervisor
Starting Pay Range: $21-23 Per Hour

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Basic building maintenance repairs and improvements to include, but not limited to: painting, general repairs, minor plumbing, minor electrical, and any other repairs as needed.
• Responsible for coordinating and scheduling vendor building service contract maintenance work.
• Performing moderate to heavy custodial duties along with minor repairs.
• Performing janitorial, building and grounds maintenance functions to include: cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, garbage removal, painting, changing light bulbs, sweeping of bays, removal of cardboard and packing materials.
• Maintaining cleanliness of parking lot.
• Stock and supply all maintenance rooms and lunch room all with paper goods.
• All other job duties assigned by management.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:

• Must have the ability to recognize and analyze problems.
• Previous janitorial and maintenance experience required.
• Must be able to listen actively and work well with others.
• Able to lift 100 pounds on a regular basis.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:
