Elite Service Experts, a leading facilities services provider in Northern California, is seeking a Building Maintenance Field Supervisor. We are dedicated to providing innovative solutions to facilities maintenance issues across commercial, residential, and industrial real estate. As a Building Maintenance Field Supervisor, you will provide support, guidance, and leadership to our commercial building maintenance team, ensuring quality and efficiency in our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field technicians, ensuring job site attendance, quality control, and team performance.
• Conduct routine safety meetings and provide hands-on training to technicians.
• Perform job site inspections and enforce company policies.
• Manage hiring, reviewing, and termination processes when necessary.
• Work with Dispatch to ensure accurate timecards, approve daily work schedules, and facilitate communication between technicians, the office, and customers.
• Support Director of Building Maintenance with tasks related to leading the division.
• Perform job estimating, planning, layout, etc. when required.
• Receive service calls and dispatches via field service software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial maintenance related service and repair, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, dry wall repair, door and hardware repair.
• Previous supervisory experience as a Maintenance Manager, Supervisor or Lead Technician in a commercial or industrial capacity.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Proficient English language skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
• Ability to understand and work with smartphone technology and Microsoft computer software.
• Advanced knowledge of best practices related to plumbing, construction, and commercial building systems.
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
