Job Summary:
As a Dispatcher at RC Maintenance Holdings, Inc., you will be a key contributor to the efficient coordination of our maintenance and repair operations. Your role involves ensuring the seamless deployment of field technicians to client sites in a timely and organized manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatching technicians and subcontractors to respond to emergency service calls throughout our business locations. Your ability to manage urgent situations effectively will be crucial in maintaining our clients' trust.
- Updating service portals and communicating with customers to provide real-time updates on service requests. Your attention to detail will ensure that our clients are well-informed and satisfied with our services.
- Coordinating equipment rentals and project scheduling to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
- Accurate and timely data entry to maintain records and facilitate seamless operations.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the efficient execution of maintenance and repair tasks. Additional responsibilities may include providing support in problem-solving and resolving operational issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Construction Trades: Prior experience in the construction industry or a related field to understand the nuances of our operations.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer applications and software relevant to dispatching and data management.
- Typing Skills: A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute to ensure efficient data entry and communication.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to minimize errors and enhance the quality-of-service delivery.
- Comfort in High-Stress Environments: The ability to remain composed and make well-informed decisions during high-stress situations is essential for success in this role.
- Math Proficiency: Strong mathematical skills to handle equipment rentals, project scheduling, and related calculations accurately.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and provide them with exceptional support and information.
- Communication: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively relay information to technicians, subcontractors, and clients.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
