Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Assist with stock replenishment and organization of merchandise
- Upsell additional products or accessories to increase sales
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Keep the store clean and organized

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with technology products is beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and stock
