• Responsible for cash reconciliation and reporting any cash variance according to our cash handling policy in a timely manner
• Resolves reconciliation variance with respective departments
• Assist accounts payable on ad-hoc projects, including: utility and other EFT payment and postings, manage company purchasing cards, and responds to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices and expenses in a courteous and professional manner
• Process termination and manual checks and enter them into the bank system for ACH payment
• Assist in payroll processing such as payment card and direct deposit encoding
• Enter employee garnishment into the payroll system
• Work Opportunity Tax Credit follow-up on new hires
• Handles monthly insurance eligibility
• Assists in the open enrollment process
• Monthly payment of insurance premium
• COBRA reporting of terminated employees
• Preparation of quarterly multiple worksite reports for payroll 
• Assists accounting supervisor in various projects or processes

•  Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in accounting, finance or related field is a MUST
• 1-3 years of accounting experience is preferred but not required

•  Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
