We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team in Peterborough, NH. In this role, you will work with patients to promote mobility, prevent disability, and improve overall fitness and wellness. Responsibilities:
Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with physical impairments
Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve range of motion, strength, and coordination
Educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and functional activities
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients
Document and track patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of NH
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Experience working in a Rehabilitation setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
