- Bachelor's Degree with completion on an accredited program in PT or OT SLP: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, SLP: Certificate of Clinical Competence - Required
- 1-2 Years of experience - Preferred
- Must be licensed by State of NH - Required
- BLS Certification - Required
- NH license must be active at time of submission!
The facility is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital offering Medical, Surgical and Intensive Care; Obstetrics; Pediatrics; and Mental Health services. healthcare, a wide variety of outpatient services are available, including Pulmonary, Cardiac and Physical Rehabilitation; 24-hour Emergency Care; a fully equipped laboratory; and an extensive Radiology department.
