Job Description:

Premier personal injury law firm is seeking a full-time Paralegal/Case Manager. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and detail-oriented team player. The Paralegal plays an integral role in our clients’ care and is a direct line of communication with clients, especially in litigation, assisting with pleadings, discovery, provider scheduling, and client questions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable about our services and relationships
• Confidence and comfort speaking on the phone with clients, providers, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Extreme attention to detail
• Caring and calm demeanor
• Fostering the relationships our firm has with providers
• Ability to review and understand a variety of provider bills and records
• Professional communication with providers and clients
• Address client inquiries throughout their case

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Some law firm or office background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
