A well-established leader in the mediation and arbitration legal services industry is seeking an Arbitration & Private Judging Case Manager to join their dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of arbitration and private judging cases, collaborating closely with legal professionals, neutrals, and clients to ensure seamless case administration and contribute to the growth of our mediation and arbitration services. The company is looking for candidates with at least 5 years of arbitration experience case management experience who are familiar with discovery referee work.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000 DOE
Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage arbitration and private judging cases, including intake, scheduling, document management, compliance checks, and billing
• Foster strong relationships with attorneys, neutrals, and clients to facilitate effective case resolution and client satisfaction
• Oversee incoming documents and communication, deciphering complex case details to present to neutrals
• Collaborate with the arbitration and private judging teams, working closely with neutrals to coordinate hearings and ensure smooth proceedings
• Assist in case intake processes, including cases with a notice of intent to arbitrate, and communicate with parties to facilitate neutral agreement
• Maintain meticulous records, track data, manage retainers, and handle collections to ensure efficient case administration
• Participate in compliance checks related to arbitration and private judging guidelines
• Contribute to the development of case administration strategies to enhance efficiency and quality of service

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in arbitration and private judging case management, including exposure to discovery referee work
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Positive and calm demeanor, adept at working with attorneys and managing complex cases
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced environment
